6 shoulder/torso straps total, each 36" long (a 6" Thumb Break Strap needs to be cut from one of these)

Why would I want 6 straps if my size is SM? We learned the following from our own experience, so we have your back with the extra straps:
Mistakes can be made when measuring & cutting straps
Once trimmed, straps for one configuration may be too long or short for another configuration
If changes in attire require different configurations (or holster locations), the extra straps/fasteners enable other configurations to be kept partially or completely assembled so that switching takes seconds
Straps and Fasteners may also be purchased separately.
