ShadowCarry Limited Lifetime Warranty Coverage:
ShadowCarry products are fully warranted to the original owner/purchaser against manufacturing workmanship defects for the practical lifetime of the products.
Defects may include deformities and any damage that clearly occurred prior to original packaging and shipment to our customer.
The practical lifetime of the product may be defined as the average amount of time the product can be expected to last with normal use and wear.
The following are excluded from our warranty:
Exposure to flame, extreme temperature, or chemicals
Accidental and intentional damage
Any modifications, except for straps that were trimmed per the instructions in the assembly video on our website
Normal wear and tear including cuts, abrasions and punctures
Use in a manner the products are not intended for
Any type of cleaning beyond hand washing with liquid body soap, lukewarm water and drying with a non-fibrous towel (or hang drying).

Replace, versus repair:
LayerOne’s components are not repairable. If one or more of the components (straps, fasteners, retaining clips, holster component, magazine carrier) proves to be defective in workmanship, ShadowCarry will replace those components as provided under this limited lifetime warranty at no cost to our customers. If the item is no longer available, or one similar and is of interest to our customer, a refund for the full purchase price for that component will be issued at ShadowCarry’s discretion.
